The Klein Tools 1628-18 Chicago® Grip is a heavy-duty wire-pulling grip designed for aircraft cable, EHS, messenger and guy strand from 0.75″ to 1″ (19.05–25.4 mm). Its Double-V grooves provide four points of contact with the cable, helping reduce slipping while maintaining correct cable alignment.
Manufactured from custom drop-forged steel that is machined and heat-treated for durability, the grip is designed for demanding utility applications. Each Klein grip is individually inspected and tested to its rated load for dependable performance.
