The Klein Tools 1604-20 Haven’s® Cable Grip is designed for applications where a light, compact grip is required and cable deformation is not a concern. It is intended for messenger and guy strand steel cables with diameters from 0.125″ to 0.500″ (3.18 to 12.70 mm).
Manufactured from custom drop-forged steel that is machined and heat treated for durability, the grip uses an aggressive curved jaw to provide secure gripping pressure over a compact cable area. It has a maximum safe load of 5,000 lb (2,268 kg).
