The Klein Tools 16477 Wide Range Distribution Grip is a versatile one-handed grip designed for pulling a wide range of bare copper, aluminium and ACSR cables. It accommodates cable diameters from 0.162″ to 0.883″ (4.11 to 22.42 mm), allowing one grip to cover a broad range of conductor sizes.
The spring-assisted design closes the grip onto the cable to hold its initial position, while the large handle opening accommodates a variety of hooks used with hoists, winches and tackle blocks. The grip is approximately 20% lighter than the Klein KT4500 and has a maximum safe load of 5,000 lb (2,268 kg).
