The Klein Tools 16477-20 Wide Range Distribution Grip with Hot Latch is a versatile one-handed grip designed for pulling a wide range of bare copper, AAC and ACSR cable. It accommodates cable diameters from 0.162″ to 0.883″ (4.11 to 22.42 mm), covering sizes from No. 6 copper through No. 477 ACSR.
The spring-assisted design closes the grip onto the cable to maintain its initial position, while the hot latch helps keep the cable securely positioned within the grip jaw. Its large handle opening accommodates a variety of hooks used with hoists, winches and tackle blocks.
